We are now offering Free Pick-Up, Canada Post Regular (Expedited) & Xpresspost shipping Options. Depending on your location Expedited delivery can take up to 5-10 business days. Xpresspost is guaranteed 2-3 business days for delivery so if you are in a hurry to receive your package, it may be worth the extra cost to upgrade from Expedited to Xpresspost service. Both shipping options include a tracking number to track your package every step of the way. Live shipping rates from Canada Post are now active to give you the most accurate shipping prices. 

However if you only want something small we can try to find a more economical way to ship the product to you. Please send an e-mail to stating the product(s) you would like to purchase and your postal code/city we can then give you the best shipping cost that we can find. You can choose to pick up your purchased goods (free of charge) at our Richmond Hill location with pre-arrangement.

Once payment has been accepted your order will be processed within 24 hours (exlcuding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

US customers: You can change the currency to US Dollars by clicking on the upper left corner. We also ship to the USA via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

FREE SHIPPING is now available to customers with purchase over $100.00 (excluding taxes) and have Canadian shipping addresses. It will be shipped under Canada Post Regular Mail. If you want Xpresspost, please contact us and you only have to pay the difference.

Warranty and Returns

NO returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by Ezigcan. Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order.

Ezigcan will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to the defects in manufacturing. Ezigcan does not make any claim as to the fitness for any particular purpose.

Proper handling for e-liquid, batteries and electronic devices containing on/off switches to make batteries active/inactive, must be adhered to all times to prevent harm. Keep all items out of the reach of children and pets. It is very important to be educated on how to fill atomizers, cartomizers and clearomizers and to use care and maintenance of such items.

There is no refunds, exchange or returns on e-liquid.

There is no refund issued once an order has been shipped.

There is no cover for normal wear and tear, or cosmetic related issues like scratches or paint that chipped off through normal use. Nor does it cover damages done by accidental drops on concrete, into water, or any occurrences that would be considered outside the reasonably "normal wear and tear".

There is no warranty on atomizers, cartomizers, clearomizers, drip tips and tanks unless otherwise specified. As is all other items that would be considered "disposable" are warrantied against DOA only.

EVOlution Tanks are warrantied against manufacturing defects ONLY. The chances of these not being caught before shipping are very slim, due to the nature of our inspections and hand finishing. But in the rare case it happens, we'll be happy to exchange for another of like kind/color. If it is found to just be user error, the consumer will be responsible for shipping back to them.

Please e-mail us stating the product and the issue you are having with it. We will then immediately investigate about seeing what can be done and make arrangements for the return and replacement as applicable. All products to be returned would be given Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Exchange parts will not be sent until the original part is returned to us with an RMA# issued by us and the item is evaluated by Ezigcan. Unfortunately, all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer at this time. The replacement will be returned to the customer at the expense of Ezigcan.

Products that are functional, not sold by Ezigcan, determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse, negligence, abuse, modified and/or repaired by anyone other than Ezigcan or accidental damage due to handling, will be sent back without exchange at the expense of the customer. 

Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Eligibility for repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure at the sole discretion of Ezigcan.

The default warranty period for all products is 30 days from the date shipped unless otherwise specified in the product description. Please test all products upon receipt. The warranty period expires whether you test it or not.
